How billing works
TeleNorth does not run silent auto-renewals. Your subscription simply expires at the end of the paid term and you decide whether to extend. Payment is taken once, at checkout, and we never store card details on our own systems.
If a verified outage on our infrastructure exceeds 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rata credit applies — the mechanics are written out in the refund policy. Subscribers who want to resell capacity should read the reseller programme instead, where wholesale credit pricing replaces retail plans.
